no comment..all my body parts work it out and i feel veryyyyy relaxed ..muscles , energy all is fantastic, the music, the dance, the doing it in numbers and not alone, its a huge motivation to keep attending these classes..woaaah zumba is the best excercise for any age, body shape and height...no other!!

These videos are unbelievably fun. They are so addictive! I just started using them 3 days ago and I already lost 2 lbs because I can't stop working out. If you wanna have fun when working out this is definitely the videos for you!!! :)
