MacBook Pro start-up problem

3...4 times a week my brand-new MacBook Pro 15" Core2Duo refuses to start. It shuts down immediately (after a short sound). Repeating this a several times -or- removing the battery solves this problem temporarily. Have you noticed similar problems?

(Note: I think this isn't the "Random Shutdown" problem due to heat sink issues, because "my problem" occurs mainly at a "cold" device.)

I have a similar problem, I sent a video to my apple repair location. They said that Apple had a problem with a board and that they are extending the warranty on that problem. I hate apples now, due to this effed up problem I will never get another.
