  • whats the name of the second mitachondria booster? acido_______ ?? please someone

  • Great doctor

  • Lol, hymen.

  • If you look at it we only need 8 amino acids to make a whole protein- all other proteins are made in the body. Eating a variety of plant based foods will actually allow for great health. I am not defending this guy because I don't agree with everything he says either but it is a myth that we must eat animal products to get protein.

  • Unfortunately the colorful fruit and vegetables often contain most salicylates. I felt intuitively I should not eat them and I was drawn to plain foods, but I continued out of habit and common knowledge they are good for you. Then I came across the information about salicylate intolerance and now am trying to reduce those in my diet. When I do so, there is no itchy skin, but too early to say if my tiredness will subside. Salicylates are hard to avoid, the diet is very restricting without them.

  • That is great that someone speaks about healthy life style on YouTube. Also, this doctor looks very healthy himself, so it makes his words credible. However, although it is all true, it may be not enough. I have gained great health benefits from avoiding gluten - no ulcers, no dermatitis and diarrhea and yeast, but I am still tired and having rushing thoughts and sometimes get itchy skin. So, I looked further what could be wrong. It seems that the problem is salicylates in food and medicines.

  • great video. didn't say anything about the importance of amino acids from meat, poultry, fish, eggs etc? mabey he is a vegetarian?

  • Doesn't Carnitine suppress T3. Also isn't CoQ10 prooxidiant in ischemic conditions, so perhaps idebenone would be a safer CoQ10 analogue.

  • very good, this man tells the truth, ud better trust him then ur local doctor
