What people don't realize about this is that there is a martial arts background, hence "XMA". Of course this would not be used in a fight, but trust me, in order to do half the things these guys do, you have to be pretty darned fit. For all the criticizers out there, it's easier to talk these guys down opposed to doing this stuff yourself. I find that people who have nothing better than to critize people with talent and the hard working ability are nothing more than simply jealous.

Just for the record he is a good fighter. He spars just as much as he does musical forms. It's sad that you cant see the greatness in everything. Extreme MMA is just as fun as traditional forms and sparring is.
