This is the Amiga version :-)

I kid you not, when I first played this game (around 1996) 9 years after release (87) the game utilized sound on my god damn motherboard, the music and sound effects were a serious of beep sounds. I must of had the oldest version of the game. It was epic.

No. The characters looked more like Fisher Price toys there. Less details and more pixly. Dave looked completely different. This is the Amiga I think.
