Top this floor exercise. This is way better than your regular army brat style push ups. Essentially it works the core muscles more as you roll out following the push up. Your body is engaging in your core muscles to gain balance and stability. Key points to note. Keep your back straight and hips extended (butt sticking out) to avoid sinking of the hips.
