@TheSwarmOfDaleks - This project is dead, and the episode likely will not ever be released. This is the sole decision of the producer/star, and not that of the rest of the production team.

The music is mixed so much louder than the dialogue, for anyone who is interested, here's a transcription of what is being said (I'm the co-writer of the film) -- I know some of it is obvious, but figured I might as well do the whole clip:

“The year is 3975. Earth’s solar system is the seat of a grand galactic empire, stretching out across a million worlds and a million species, all governed from here: Central City. Shall we go down and take a look?” “Can we?”

“This is Thoron Graves… next in line for the Guardianship.”

“Devon Sark is a top-ranking officer in the Special Security Services. Immensely loyal, a veteran of over a dozen campaigns."

“So why would a decorated veteran of the SSS suddenly go berserk and assassinate the second most powerful man in the Solar System?”

“I’m not crazy you know.” “Yeah, for a kidnapper who shoots political leaders, you’re downright civil.”

“The whole system is corrupt. The Second Guardian was going to open up that glorious web of his and allow them to drive right through it.”

“The Doctor can help you.” “If he’s with Finch, he’s the enemy.”

“That looks like some kind of gun.” “Biggest gun in the world.”

“I am receiving a transmission from Planetary Defense. The Zed-Cannon is powering up without authorization.”

“What have you done?”

“Tell me, Minister, are you aware that there is a Ragarian dreadnaught currently in orbit around Earth?”

“They can’t be invading…” “Of COURSE they’re invading!”

“This has to be considered an act of racism.”

“Shouldn’t we speak to the Guardian about this?”

“That’s what I’ve been trying to tell you, Doctor – the Guardian is dying.”
