@duskbladex if you believe in equality than you'll except that half the world is rich and the other is broke due in part to the slave trade and the exploitative nature of man. All im saying is that some of the establish wealth be given back to the poor, not just Africa. Im not a racist but poverty creates racism on both sides. The growing immigration issues is a key example. Its not about the white paying back the black but rather the west investing in the world's future.

Those corrupt government officials you talk of came from the poverty n racism and once in power became corrupted at the vast amounts of money they could use to help their own region. that's the sad reality. What has to happen is increased aid be given to the grass-roots of African society. Infrastructure built and MAINTAINED! lastly corrupt governments be toppled for democratic ones
