http://www.facelessfatloss.com As you can see, Niacin flushes me out really well, hopefully the camera picks up on it. This was my first flush in about a year, and winter time can be a great time to do it, since the warming sensation it produces can be pronounced and even comforting, when one is used to having this flushing experience. I take the Niacin on an empty stomach and the effect kicks in rather quickly.
Niacin, also known as Vitamin B3, can be an outstanding addition to your overall detox program. As I stress in my program, we can use different kinds of fasting techniques to quickly rid our bodies of excess toxins contributing to weight/fat gain and literally countless other ailments, but in this day and age we THEN need to focus on LIFE LONG detoxing. It needs to become a part of our lifestyle.
Ladies, please see my other video regarding cellulite! It is my opinion, and that of other women who've had success reducing and/or eliminating their cellulite, that it is primarily *caused by* toxins in your system. Rid yourself of the toxins, and rid yourself of your cellulite, in conjunction with a healthy eating plan and effective exercise (please see more of my videos and my program on these topics).
Again: this is ALL about a life-style change, as I repeat ad nauseam. If you do not treat it this way, how can you expect results? How does the saying go?..."...Repeating the same thing over and over expecting a different result is called INSANITY."
Knowing this, we are required in this environment we've found ourselves in to start, and continue for the rest of our lives, an on-going detoxification plan. It is not hard, and it is extremely rewarding.
Entire detox programs are based on using the flushing variety of Niacin in ever-increasing dosages to help expand the capillaries near the skin and release the toxins. You can imagine what it may be like to experiment with this on a hot summer day. Be a little careful! Some folks take it so far as to use it before entering a wet or dry sauna. I'd encourage folks to work up to that stage, never to try it on your first time out with Niacin.
Avoid the flush free niacin capsules or tablets. In my opinion, the flush-free varieties completely miss the point and should never be used. We WANT the flushing for the benefits it provides. Flush free Niacin won't enable you to experience the toxin release from the skin that is so incredibly desirable.
500 mg is commonly available as a Niacin dosage, but you don't have to start out with dosages that high. This amount may be too intense for many people. Instead, try the 250 mg and work your way up from there. The idea with Niacin-based detox programs, is that it be taken in larger and larger quantities over time, such that the 500 mg Niacin dosage can even be considered very small when using Niacin aggressively for its benefits. Many of the 9/11 firemen used just such a protocol as part of a detox program, after their massive exposure to the building debris that became trapped in their lungs. Reportedly, with really great results.
Niacin is also known as Nicotinic Acid. Sound familiar? Thinking cigarettes? As in Nicotine? People have long experimented with vitamin B3 as a means of reducing their cravings for cigarettes. Some report incredible results!
What kind of niacin would you recommend? Brand?
Thanks

@ALPHAandOMEGA44 I couldn't actually recommend a brand. What I do is look for the purest flushing, as compared to non-flushing, variety I can, with as few additives as possible. =)

is there any itching during your flush? and is it aggravated by heat? please answer i think i have the same problem! :( thanks for the video

@nuttfactor24 Often times plenty of itching, that is completely normal and passes fairly quickly. Heat likely increases the effect...the flush itself brings about a very warm sensation. Can be pleasant on a cold day in my opinion. :)

Thanks, I appreciate you contacting me. Today I experimenting again with the niacin. I don't mind the burn and in fact enjoy it as it reminds me of the place I grew up: Florida and getting too much sun. I have read that it is water soluable (sp) so you can't really take too much of it. Thanks again. Peace.

@rawrebrev No, hold on...You don't want to use too much of it too often, and keep its use to specific and temporary detoxification or other uses, then cycle it. It can adversely impact the liver and kidneys if it's abused, so use with purpose and care.
