I keep reading about humane kills with the 223, well, you can use a .50 cal, if your shot placement isn't good, it doesn't matter still inhumane. Never take a questionable shot at living game. I have never had to take a second shot, first one does it fine if you do YOUR job.

@Dream308 You can shoot deer with a .223 just fine. hell, i take them down all the time with a .243 and that's not a much bigger round. if i can punch a hole though a 1/4" steel spinner target, you can kill a deer with one.

Fuck, you people are stupid. This has NOTHING to do with hunting, or weather or not 223 is humane, or can kill at this range. It is about having fun. It is about taking a tiny round and sending it a long long ways, accurately. They are not shooting at anything but a rock. I can 100% guarantee that these guys won't be shooting at animals at this distance. There is a LOT more to the world of shooting then just hunting. Try using your brains guys.
