I knew the Wickerman had been filmed in the area but did not realise some of it had been shot in Kirkcudbright itself. I will need to watch this film now to see if I can spot the alley. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the comment. I guess you must stay in the area judging from your video of the bridge. It seems a pity that such a picturesque town as Kirkcudbright has such a dull bridge. At least the rest of the place more than makes up for it.

gd vid i go to school at kbt academy and for those of you who dont know the film "the wickerman" was filmed in kirkcudbright and one of the pictures of an ally way in the vid is acctuly in the film lol

Brilliant to see/hear my dad's song used on this video! Never been to Kirkcudbright myself but it looks like a lovely wee town - will have to go one day! Thanks for posting this video.
