Conjunctiva slid towards the limbus, restrained with a sapphire plate, 600 micron Fugo blade tip used to make a 1 mm long gutter, through which transciliary filtration is done, The track enlarged with 100 micron Fugo blade tip. Tenonectomy done widely through the conjunctival hole. Two tracks made in to the anterior chamber. Conjunctiva sutured. MMC 0.05 % injected close to the filtration track, hoping it might prevent scarring. 3 yours later, I saw that the AC was good and bleb was extensive.
