Find out how the next generation of chips needs to be fabricated in a vacuum chamber. For Moore's Law to continue beyond 2020, chip makers will switch to Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) imaging scanners to project electronic circuits on silicon wafers. This can only be done in a chamber without air. The first production machines will be installed at chip makers around the world in 2010.
