mainly i moved from boxing to kickboxing which means you already burn about 5 times as many calories. i dont lift weights anymore at all/. i stopped eating carbohydrates and sugar. and i have been training like mad.

normally no carbs is just for cutting, you are 100% correct. but i neded to lose 12 kilos so i stayed on no carbs for months. when i say no carbs, some months i was more strict than others, but on the whole, extremely low carbs and a lot of kicking.
