Hey everybody! The Reverend Horton Heat is on tour RIGHT NOW! Actually, the Rev tours often which is great because he gives us many chances to check out his badass guitar playing. I should also mention that his rhythm section is equally top notch with Jimbo Wallace on upright bass, and Paul Simmons on the skins. For those who are not hip to the Rev, his music is like drugs - one song and you are hooked. The Rev does what no other artist has done and personally takes us through his guitar rig. He even plays a couple of notes for us. If you ever have the chance to see a live performance of the Reverend Horton Heat, you should take advantage of the opportunity. This outfit is first class from the top to the bottom, and every single show is a barn-burner.

  • What songs playing in the background?

  • Weird... when I saw the Rev, he was using a Gretch amp

  • there always has to be one jackass in every vid that dislikes it. hell, this is the reverend, someone probably hit dislike on accident.

  • I LOVE the Reverend. The thing is unlike other musicians, he doesn't really come off as one and I like that. Other guys in a band give out that vibe "I'm in the band and I'm the shit". Jim looks and talks like your neighbor who works at the hardware store who comes over to your house to have a couple of beers. I put Jim and Brian Setzer at the top of the Rockabilly world.

  • Reverend Horton Heat for president!!!!!!

  • Psychobilly Freakout.

  • im glad i share the same name with this guy..wish i had his guitar skills
