For the first time ever, the rainbow flag is raised on the City chambers.
Pride Glasgow, George Square 30 August 2008.
The fantastic girl drummers Sheboom put on another show despite playing all the way down from Blythswood Square.

Awk, 2009 is going to be my first pride. I live in Stirling so Glasgow would be my first choice. It looks amazing. Is it worth going to Glasgow or should I go to London or whatever? Anybody have any ideas? xxx

I wouldn't think it would matter where you went for it really. It would probably still be good just to be among all of those people just loving life! I'm not gay but i have lots of gay friends and i think it's a fabulous event. The drummers are really good. I'd go along just to see them! x
