Liz Maybury Final Year Digital Media Project

This is my final year digital media project for my degree course in Visual Communications. The aim of the piece is to encourage people to stop the negative stigma surrounding mental illness, specifically depression, as it is this stigma which prevents a lot of people from getting the help they need to get better.

I made this video using After Effects and Photoshop. This was my first time using After Effects or in fact making any motion graphics so go easy on me!!
