Trust Deed Investing - Investing comes with many ups and downs. When investing in Hard Money there are two types of investing one is trust deed where there is only one investor, and the other is mortgage pool that is a lot more diversified involving up to 100 investors. In a trust deed you can earn a lot more as you are the only investor however if the borrower does not pay you lose all your money.
