Great band, great guys. I was lucky enough to get drunk one night with RC at The Party Place in Denver right before he left for LA and got famous. What memories!

I played The Rainbow And The Rose on My Radio Show last Sunday. 1:00 am to 2:30 am on The Root Of All Evil K.F.A.I. 90.3 FM Mpls, 106.7 ST Paul. The Root is a Hardcore metal show that runs from 1:00 am to 6:00 am Sunday mornings.kfai.org. The Root guys bring me on every other month to play a GLAM ROCK show called "Rock Star Galaxy".

@dhpcabresto remember all those bands. How about 'Heaven and Earth', 'Baby; 'Freedom Express', 'White Wing' and a Nebraska favorite 'Blackberry Winter'. Thanks for the memories and God Bless.

Wow. This band was legendary- life stopped when they came to Nebraska- Fireside Inn and what was that place in west Lincoln, oh yea The Grove. My buddy has Wumblie Audio- a commercial sound contractor. Remember the band every time I get his voice mail. The best unsigned band ever.

I was a roadie for them on this road trip we were with AME booking agency out of Denver, I was a floorman / bartender at Mr Luckys and they were playing there before leaving on a long road trip and they needed a roadie for the tour so I joined up and lived at the Wumblie house for a few months. I want to see more of this show !!! Was this the night of Davey Vomit and the Zipperheads for the last set of the night ?

I saw them at the Stage Door and in Denver. Great band. They should have made it.

OH MY goodness!!!! Looking at the comments below...I didn't realize that they weren't Wichita locals! Dang! If I'd known they were, like, famous all over the country I mighta, maybe rethought my no-touch policy when my girlfriend and I took the drummer and bass player home one night! Poor guys...they wound up so disappointed, I'm sure! :)

Saw em all the time @ Lucky's!...how bout The Offenders?
My crew and I filmed this on Dec 15th 1978 on a very cold Friday night. If you recall Wumblies used a parachute as a back drop above the stage with lights mounted behind it for effects from 1976 thru 77. With that in mind this footage could not have occurred a year earlier.
