RC E-Plane Flying At The Field

This is a video of my son flying his home built E-Plane (electric). It was really windy so that affected the microphone sound pickup. Uses Li-po batteries and it can do 80+ mph (actual, not scale). The video is a little short as I am just getting use to my new Kodak Z1485 IS digital still/video camera. I must have let up on the shutter button accidentally without me realizing it. I'll be adding more videos of his plane at the field in the near future. Beautiful day but so windy that it would have been impossible to fly except this plane is a powerhouse and could probably fly in a wind storm. Notice how it launches right off the runway and into the sky. Pretty sweet plane!!! The hand occasionally flashing on the left side of the video is just me trying to shade the lens from the direct sun light.
