YAMAHA NS "Titanium Series" & NS-1000 Loudspeaker

Those are Yamaha NS - Titanium Series about '90. Last serious series for Yamaha before the gradual plumeting of its lineups, before the market really went under.
All very well built, inheriting from most of the engineering dispensed over the Centennial series (1987) : Hyperbolic amplification, beefy dual power supplies, FET inputs, Hi-Bit converters and other nifty low-distortion circuits .

A real statement loudspeaker, Yamaha touted that it was "the end of the weak link"... NS stands for Natural Sound, Yamaha's top-end series, still online today, but perhaps with less stringent specs.
