Regina Spektor headlined the sold-out Radio City Music Hall in New York City on October 14, 2009. I may be biased being a Regina fan, but she totally owned the night. The audience was treated to a stellar performance of 25 songs from old albums and from her latest release, Far, as well as unreleased songs from the past. The famed music hall bore witness to Regina's powerful vocals, effortless command of the piano, accompanied by the wonderful string quartet.
Set list is as follows:
The Calculation
Eet
Folding Chair
Ode to Divorce
Machine
Laughing With
One More Time with Feeling
Two Birds - I only managed to record halfway through the song because the usher told me to stop recording
Blue Lips - No recording because the usher still kept looking at me.
On the Radio (with November Rain strings intro)
The Call - No recording. The usher had menacing eyes :[
Dance Anthem of the 80s
Silly Eye Color Generalizations
Bobbing for Apples
That Time
Après Moi
Poor Little Rich Boy
Ink Stains
Human of the Year
Man of a Thousand Faces
Encore:
Samson
Us
Fidelity
Hotel Song
Love, You're a Whore
P.S.
So sorry if I couldn't help singing along to some of the songs. Once I get a hold of a recording, I may try to learn how to audio swap. But for now, here's what I got.
i died and was reborn when she played this that night. it still leaves me speechless

We were sitting in row 4. Unbelievable!! Were at the box office two days before the concert and paid around 40 Bucks for each seat. How it was possible I shall never understand. It was an unforgettable experience. back in Germany I sometimes look at the clips and reminisce ;-)
