Combat cost of medicine with the all mighty dollar. If a doctor or hospital needs ten thousand dollars worth of tests to say YOU HAVE GAS major fail! If a doctor or hospital reads current journals and works that big time schooling to solve a problem at a decent value, five stars PEOPLE WE NEED. That includes so called nonprophit, especially actually.

This is a very good set of reforms. Many people claim that you will lose your choice of healthcare/insurance. As Obama points out this is not true. Spread the word. Lots of people are LYING to the American people to serve their own purposes.
Mr. President, You have bent over backwards to try to bring the GOP on board the health care debate and they have given you a hearty "F#@% You". I think it is time to forget any ideas of bipartisanship and just get this thing through congress. We have the votes, let's just do it. Once it is passed and it is working as it should, and the GOP comes begging, hat in hand, you can say, "Let them eat crow"!
