Entertaining at Home: Steve Jenkins

Whether you shop at Fairway or at one of those "other" food stores, if you are a foodie there is a good chance you already know all about Steve Jenkins. His book, The Cheese Primer is considered the bible within the industry and I have actually seen it being used in and sold in supermarkets that I have visited Steve has helped us become pioneers in the cheese world and is the driving force behind the success of our department department. Great for all types of occasions, Steve recommends selecting four different types of cheese for entertaining. And remember, there are no rules when it comes to selecting your cheese. It is all about what you like.
