HERE ARE THIS WIND TURBINE'S BENEFITS:
1) takes wind from all directions
2) environmentally friendly (made of bamboo)
3) operates in low winds
4) has multiple mounting options 5) works with remote electronic equipment (boats, farms, RV's off grid) 6) can plug into grid 7) add-on solar for overcoming law of "objects at rest" 8) is a diy project
9) stick "solar powered fan propellers" on opposite side and watch the watts add up! THE SOLAR FANS ARE POWERED BY SPINNING SOLAR CELL ATTACHED TO THE BLADES. This wind turbine goes straight to the heart of the green energy bottem line. It is a low cost renewable product that directs air from all angles, & generates maximum airflow velocity, to produce electric power. With our power chain of add-ons we can create from 100 to 1,000 watts based on consumer needs, and sell back power to utilities! This simple to construct VAWT of bamboo, is perfect for use in India, China, Africa and other areas where bamboo is available.
(worldwide) Bamboo split down the middle "cups" the wind and can be enhanced with extra teardrop fin shapes added. People around the world can lead more productive lives thru creating energy from this vertical axis design of bamboo that accepts wind from all directions .We can
skip the directional tail and the added slip rings
necessary to move and seek the maximum wind direction
as this responds to all winds.
This is a renewable energy from a crop in the ground and in the air! Perhaps the brilliant umbrella makers in China that have lost their markets or other skilled hand laborers, can be enticed to use their great skills to construct the framework for bamboo wind turbines. A bamboo umbrella structure on the top may then hold solar cells cut in fitting triangles to act as the surface for solar photovoltaics to form a hybrid VAWT. We seek a partner for this wind product.
