Only when it becomes widespread does it weaken black families. Drive around and you must admit there is a black community and it needs stable families, right? Interracial dating can make that more difficult, just ask black women. It's not about the past but the future.

Arabs/Islam enslaved thousands, perhaps millions of Africans.This implies that you think if I date a black woman that I am dominating her? How? But, people should recognize that others have used religion for political reasons and that should be taught and understood. Why would I justify one human being enslaving another no matter where they are from? Those that participated--even if they had a different understanding of what 'slavery' was--were guilty. I think those tribes suffered as society because of it.

@tillallareoneluv Slavery ended. Now if a black lady dated a muslim would you say the same thing? Afterall Islam/arabs started making africans slaves long before whites. Which brings me to another point; are you upset about blacks worshiping the religions of their former captors i.e Christianity and Islam. Also remember, that African tribes sold other Africans to the white slavers on the coasts. How do you justify that, or do you try to ignore that fact?

@ANZUS777 It's not about blaming anyone. It's just history. If you study the history of empires everywhere you will find the same thing. Europeans did it to each other, too. People in power do what they do. In this case the topic was interracial dating of white men with black women, so that's what the comment dealt with. It's undeniable that because of slavery black women were vulnerable to sexual exploitation by white men. Should we deny history because it makes you feel bad?

I am white and I date black women. I suggest you date outside your race too.Infact I will do all I can to encourage people to date and marry and have children outside their race.
