Me playing the first half of Cyanide mainly to give you an idea of the best sound I have ever heard from a pedal! Im playing this to a backing track I got from Jerry Teacup. Both guitar parts were dubbed and panned left and right. Besides the Tonelab ST recording straight to my PC, im using a Bad Horsie wah and thats it!

  • O_O The most incredible sound I have ever heard from a Vox Tonelab ST!

  • Thanks!

  • no clue on the settings, no effects tho other than some very light reverb

  • not that I'm aware of. only volume and wah I think.

  • sorry dude, its really hard to recall settings because of how its saved, and also I played 2 guitar parts with 2 separate tones.

  • think I just downloaded it from the Vox website but yes you need it so you can record direct.

  • Yes they do have more effects, but for more realistic tone you cant beat the Tonelab. I play a fairly dry signal as it is. All I need is a little reverb and delay every once and a while. I swear this thing sounds like "Mesa in a can" lol!

  • I havent found a multi effects pedal that sounds as good as this does yet! I have tried the GT10, POD XT and X3 Live, and the higher end Digitechs. This smokes them all. I can only imagine how good the full size tonelabs are. I run this thing thru the board at band practice too and its freaking awesome! Beats lugging my Mesa rig around too!
