Nah, even if she had done the program clean, she would've still likely have gotten silver. Kim Yuna was pretty far ahead of her... and Yuna's program was actually more difficult.

FYI for all the Yuna Kim haters....just that you know, Yuna herself have said many times (even recently) how she admires a lot of Mao's skating elements etc. She respects Mao as a person too...same with Mao respecting Yuna. Another thing, each and every single figure skater have that one element in their skating that is stronger than the next figure skater....it's true. Mao's strength is her 3A, Yuna has her 3Lz, 3TL. Now get over it you haters.

figure skating is so delicate and sensitive sport- I really don't understand why so many people comment Mao in so agressive way. If you don't like her don't watch her programs- it's easy.

@RubikCuber1 & enavan: i have been with Koreans for a long time now so i know how they loathe the Japanese, not all of them though. more like 70% of them does so. so there's a possibility that she disliked mao, being her number one rival AND a Japanese. though i actually did not like how theJjapanese reacted upon mao's loss in the olympics.
