Drunk old people smoking weed in broad daylight, funny lady

I thought the old lady was hilarious because clearly she is drunk. Also carrying weed is not a criminal offense in Massachusetts, where this was taking place, unless you are carrying over an oz. Smoking it is probably a different story but people are cool around here and generally don't care.

i'm 56 been smoking 43 yrs In Ca. We have all ages and many smokers medical and otherwise.My dad going to be 80 smoking since 1956.When he came to visit me and our medical collective got is card and was the hit of the collective all the young bucks loving hearing ol weed stories.With my generation becoming grandparents there will be a time when ALL your gramdma's at least tried.Also with medical many from my generation smoking again feeling its safe again
