Yay, ridiculously repetitive dance moves... sonic just goes back and forth, waving each arm simultaneously, knuckles just keeps doing the punching animation, tails is holding a ring, going back and forth, the crabmeat goes back and forth, and Robotnik's egg mobile just flashes moving up and down. THIS VIDEO CONTAINS REPETITIVE DANCE MOVES

@SamuraiClinton, do a google search for "Sonic 3 Complete" :) rom hack of Sonic 3 and Knuckles that restores this music, amongst other things.
