Some people like to bash Semin for playoffs (even though his PO stats are respectable) but he scored 2g and prim assist versus Canada in Canada in the finals. And that Canada was quite deeper team than Russia with Keith, Bouwmeester, Burns, Green, Hamhuis, Jovanovski in D, Getzlaf, Nash, Heatley, St Louis, E. Staal, Toews, Gagne, Sharp, Spezza, Doan in F. I mean holly s--- how much more talent you need to win.
