To be precise, the leopards qualified to the 1974 Germany/Munichen World Cup after winning the 1974 African Cup of Nations hosted by Egypt. The Zairians named the cup-trophy, "MOSEKA". Hence, Moseka is the Zairian name of the Trophy they won. And the team was immortalized in this song. Full story

Bughativeyron, the name of the song that begins at 1:55 is called MOSEKA. It is not part of the song CARTE BLANCHE. The song MOSEKA is about the 1974 Zaire (during Mobutu's time) world cup team. They were also called The Leopards, names like Kazadi, Lobilo, Mukombo, Ngama, Kidumu, Mayanga, Kakoko Mavuba, Kabasu, Kibonge Chinabu, Mbungu, Tumbatu etc. I hope this clears any shadows of doubt that someone might be having.
