@DeaconKen the quran does tell us to believe the other books that were sint too but those books are changed and are still being changed!! the bible has been changed by historians, monks and priests.. the quran is in its original form..

@DeaconKen Actually the QURAN does not ask Muslims to believe in the BIBLE but the Injeel. The Injeel is the original message of Jesus (PBUH) which the Christians no longer have - except bits of the original message in the Bible.

The good thing about Islam is that we still have the original. So any confusions over any translations can easily be checked. And no brother, translations are not the views of people. But a mere attempt to translate from Arabic to other Languages. I say mere attempt because for example, English is only 800 years old .. whereas Arabic is older. It is deeper and a richer language so you cant translate everything 100%. Learn arabic and understand Qur'an is obviously ideal.
