god bless you, sir. for those of us who can't afford the time or money for a teacher, this is really great.
-
Thanks for doing this, and i love your talcum powder "any brand doesn't matter" !!!
Do continue updating and sharing as you yourself learn. Btw, in some gharana styles your Ti would be Tin, as Im sure many have pointed out. Best wishes.

venkat the first thing u learn with tablas is phrases until u practice phrases u will not be able 2 play any thing.never practice thekas until u play short phrases.

I'm using a sequencer and a Tablas soundfont. I managed to find Dhin, which is a combination of Tin and Ge. I have a Re/Ri sound, but yours is more staccato than mine, which sounds more like a Ge. Is there another name for Re?

Very good effort, like the placement of the camera and the sound is very good too. One suggestion I have, is to add captions to the videos at certain points it helps tremendously. Example write the name of the taal and its bols in the caption.

Excellent way to get acquainted with the Tabla, talcum powder, that's cool!

not bad, but got some errors in it,firstly the piece that u called for dadra taal, i kno for a fact there are many versiosn of dadra, so i wouldnt doubt ur variation, however the version that u called and the one that u are playing are not coinciding, u called u called, na ti tin, dha dhi dhin, thus u should have three pieces on the bass, u got 2and the variation that ur playing is dha dhi na na tin na, so u can also see the total differenc.
