That's awesome, over three miles, which is really good for starters. I don't think u'll hav a prob with the 10k. I noticed that when I run I do hav lil cramps in my muscle from time to time, I really do try to keep running. U hav to challenge ur body to go a lil further then it's comfort zone, most time with me the lil pains do subside. I'm training for a marathon and the other day I did 16 miles, while started feeling pains at mile 11, lol. I kept pushing, it subsided.
Aww..Sometimes it's just like that. Just one of those days. Keep up the great work!!! That's excellent that you can run on the treadmill. I'm just starting with walking on mine and its hard LOL.
