On Ebay at: http://shop.ebay.com/merchant/originalgoneflyin http://www.builderofstuff.com. Music By: Jason Ricci and New Blood (Done with The Devil) http://www.jasonricci.com . Here we have a video collection of photographs and video footage detailing the fine, artistic and detailed harmonica related workings of Chris Reynolds. Although I do not play any of Chris's actual completed custom harmonicas, (I play harmonicas by Brad Harrison and Joe Spiers) Joe Spiers does indeed build his top of the line harmonicas using Chris Reynolds Combs. I can also testify that I own several harmonicas with Chris's combs and have built harmonicas for others and myself using them. His work is exceptional.

  • What's the first song on this vid?

  • "How It come to be" by Jason Ricci and new Blood from the record "Done With The Devil" available April 21st.

  • Thats music form your new album aye its killer I have got to get my hands on the cd

  • Thanks Krizem! April 21st street date. You rock.

  • Is there going to be more subliminal stuff ;) I really want to get some of these combs for sp20's maple combs or ebony or rosewood also appeals I wish I could afford a custom but I do know its best to learn on stock then once you get a custom you have already honed your skills and simply be able to play far better on a custom

  • Nah, sorry (I think) Brady got mad about me putting the subliminal stuff in there so thats over with now. True about learning on a stock...but really just the basics. After you get bending, bend note issolation, a few scales, toungue blocking etc...your ready to go custom if you want or just a better harp than hohner can make right now like a Suzuki or a seydel...that kinda inbetween a Hohner and a custom.

  • Hey J... Just wanna say "How It Come To Be" is one of the best songs you've EVER put out!!! Wicked harp playing, BEAUTIFUL solo!!!! And all the rest of it is fantastic too! And your custom harps are awesome too! So do you still use them yourself, or are you using Harrison Harps exclusively now?

  • man would i love to learn how to do some harp custimization... it would be awsome to be able to give my harps a personal touch

  • Great tunes...very tidy efficient looking work...Dig it...!

  • I tried the links on the right, one didn't work and I couldn't find out on the other ones a price or ordering info.

  • 4:41 it that one T_T

  • Chris's work is too good. Some day I'd love to have those stunning carved metal combs. Gorgeous instruments all around. As far as Jason and the Band being 'jazzy/soulful', I've been saying this for ages, yet so many people insist on forcing them into the 'jamband' 'punk/rock' box. They're so far beyond that. Todd/Jason have just the best jazz groove. With Ed and his oh-so-smooth drums rounding out New Blood, I honestly think this is their best incarnation so far. Shawn's an AMAZING guitarist.

  • Amazing harps! And you just gotta love the 'background music'! :-)

  • Hey Jason,

Beautiful pictures + great soundtrack = great vid

Can't wait to get the new album. I hope to catch you live in Holland somewhere in May or June. By the way, who's playing the E.Piano on the second track?

    Cheers!

  • Great looking combs and a great soundtrack. Watched this vid 10 times already just to listen to 'How it come to be'

  • good harps loved the music
