  • Tower* sorry for the spelling mistake.

  • The water towner at New Orleans Square is actually used to refill water into the tender of the steam engine. the tender that you see right in the video holds water towards the back and biodiesel in the front. the biodiesel is burned to heat the water in the boiler to make the steam that makes the pistons turn the wheels. just like steam engines 100 years ago. you can even steam the steam and hear the cuff of the engine in the video.
