i wanna see this. her acting in porn is pretty bad so i wanna see what she's like in a mainstream film.i really like soderbergh he's made some good movies. but some of the reviews haven;t been good. some call this "half assed" and an "experiment". my instinct tells me that it's probably not that great...but i can;t judge it untill i've seen it. god i can't believe she's done like 150 porno movies!!!!! i still think that it wont be easy for her to become a "serious actress" she ain't traci lords.

Who's pretentious? If you can't see that the porn industry greatly aided western civilization in its escape from victorian sexual ideals, then you're blind. To think she is simply acting out the repression of women in patriarchal society (or some similar populist bullshit) is extremely superficial. Her rejection of that those ideals and that form of society is precisely what allows her to be so awesome on screen. Watching her films is like reading a de Sade novel in the 18th century.
