I'm so stiff I struggle to put my socks on. I'm going to start doing this every morning and see if it helps.

For an introduction video this is very nice. For regular daily use of the video, it is not practical in that the instructor maintains her move/pose for only 10-20 seconds. There is no time to hold each stretch for the minimum 30 seconds recommended per pose. Otherwise a nice demonstration.

Thank you so much for these exercises. Almost all exercises have arm and upper body stretches, all I need is the lower body stretches due to an accident. These are great easy flowing exercises.
