I dont believe so, but even if you could, you really cant put any bigger screen in there without breaking it. That extra space is needed for system and additional boards ribbons etc. So besides looking weird with no black border and being able to see inside the phone, no reason to do so.

Actually you can see it really well at 4:20. Im showing you the ribbon and button right there that you have to check the seating of. It could have just slipped out of its seat. Or the ribbon could be folded in half or cracked too.

Hey, My power/sleep/wake button does not work.. would you happen to know how to fix that... everything else on the phone works except that button. I have to slide the keyboard open every time to wake the phone...

@zane2601 yeah. Well first thing you should do is open it up and check the pad under the button. looks like a silver bump. If you hit it and the phone wakes up, then its just the button thats seated wrong. If thats the case you just have to mess with the button, reseat it until it hits the silver pad when u press it.

@zane2601 - If hitting that silver pad does nothing, then its the pad itself. You either need to reseat the pad, or the ribbon. If that doesn't work u need to replace it. You can get one of those on ebay or dhgate or somewhere like that. you can see it in the video at 2:47 and 3:28. its a white square with a silver tab on it.

@yahmana if you look at the linked pdf manual, or even the screen of the laptop when you see it on the video, u can see the 16 gig memory chip on the board clearly labeled.

heyy my windows button doesnt work i push it and it does nothing .and for some reason the search light is on and stays on ? any help thanx

@generationXile I have done as you asked but the button does not respond at all. i plugged in the battery phone came on and tried the but the button doesn't work. do i have to replace the entire flex cable setup or can i get on the power flex replaced and where can i get it? i have checked online/ebay etc and can only get the entire flex cable setup but not sure in power in inclusive or sold separately.
