@MENDOZZA1011 within a 7 day span, you work out each body part two times. For example:
Monday + Sunday = shoulders, chest, tris (7 day span)
Wednesday + next Tuesday = Legs (7 day span)
Friday + next Thursday = Back, Biceps, rear delts (7 day span)
and repeat.

how the hell are you gonna hit each body part 2 times a week with a 3 day split? you can't. example monday: chest, tricep, shoulder. tuesday off. wednesday: legs. thursday off. friday: back, bicep. saturday off. you can start chest day on sunday again but, what about your other body parts???? see what i mean!! unless you work out mon, tue, wed thursday off and repeat fri, sat, and sunday. thats the only way you can do it, right???
