An interview I did for my Video Production class in which I (among several other important production errors), broke 180 degree rule of film. The rest is pretty much explained by the video itself.

  • @Crimefighter wrong. Imagine shooting a basketball game from different sides of the court.

  • @shaeliandlevi lol thanks man...but yeah i wasn't really trying to make an informative video. it was just a horrible mistake that i turned into this.

  • You did not pull this off very well. if you are going to break a rule it better look amazing.

  • The 180' rule does not apply to shooting sports because the action does not always stay on the same side of the camera. Thus "keeping the action in frame" trumps everything else.

  • Always good to learn from others' mistakes. Thanks.

  • Oh and good use of annotations lol.

  • Lol I love this title.
