Graham's a bit of a vindicator, if anything. He's willing to bear the sins of his tribe and people to save them. Not like "Jesus" did, but to actually accomplish something through combat, and as an example to prevent things like the war from happening again.
-
@Dreamerx47 I know right. That and just plain brutality. When you first meet Joshua he recites a passage where babies are thrown against rocks. If the Christian god is real then fuck him I dont like his sense of humor.
-
reading the bible it seemed like genocide was very big with god O.o

pimp boy 3billion

@makpistol He is mormom and graham is an english second name.

@xalrath "Religion is the leading cause of death."
~George Carlin
-
@Trixica failure to live up to the demands of god. as you may have noticed, ol' Joshua's kinda got issues along those lines, mostly relating to those pesky demands like 'love thy neighbor,' 'thou shalt not kill,' and 'try to keep the genocide to a minimum.'
-
@TheSteinmetz342 Mormons, actually.

Can anyone tell me if you have to download this content off xbox live, or can you buy it somewhere?
-
Could someone actually explain the "fall?" question by the Courier and Joshua's answer to me, please? If the comment earlier that this is a reference was a serious one, then could you explain the reference? :/
-
@paulatredies thanks i bought both them, i got more microsoft points for xbox360 but thank you
-
This guy knows how to talk.
-
@Playstationalmitey Time freezes when you stop to talk to any NPC.
-
has anyone noticed when he starts to talk to joshua the rain drops stop mid-air

HH is relatively short (fair space to explore, but not too many sidequests and main can be finished quickly). A few interesting spots and nice setpieces but OWB has a far larger variety as you go through the various facilities. OWB has the very interesting characters of the think tank and Mobius that will leave a lasting impression.
Both are worth the price, but if you only want the one I would suggest OWB simply due too its length and revealing more about world.

Really glad they made a violent christian that was still tempered by wisdom.
The simple fact that you can talk him out of finishing Salt and that he learns the value of justice tempered by mercy ( at least according to ending slide), making him a much more relatable character instead of a mere strawman that is used too often. That's the thing I love about the Black Isle/Interplay group that worked on this as opposed to that wanker Molyneaux that sees only in black n white.
-
I see his 'turning to god' more of a simple name for the new ideals he has from having turned from his path under Caesar.
R.A. Salvatores Soujourn questions if the drow are evil because of their faith, of if their faith is evil because of them.
Religion alone has little value. It is the ideals for the betterment of mankind that make followers of faith as opposed too mere blood knight templars such as Westboro Baptist.
-
@Hitmanfan12222 I clicked that as well because it would of been rude to laugh at his religion. Not like anyone should actually believe in a sky god that can make trees and snakes talk, but I wasn't about to be a ass about it.

Joshua Graham - freezes rain.

@garrysmodmoviemaker1 The voice behind Harbinger????? Holy mother of Jesus!! I would never suspect that!!!!
-
@insight1337 His name is Keith Szarabajka (don't even ask me how you're supposed to pronounce that). He was in a few other games such as LA Noire and Dragon Age 2, but I think he's best known for voicing Harbinger in Mass Effect 2. You know, mister "ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL"
-
@garrysmodmoviemaker1 Yeah, amazing voice. Who is the actor btw? is he famous for other voice acting?
-
@makpistol well he is mormon if you want to be spefic
-
his not christian, his jewish, you can tell it by his name and story that he tells
