  • You don t need creatine or protein!! You must just eat a lot of steak , rice, eggs, milk, and that 5-6 on day!! I know is not simple but that work!! You can to chek my video!

  • You are definitely still really fit and strong! I can see your chest is a bit bigger as you said. Of course your best muscles are your upper legs...those look REALLY strong!
