the video is not about Apl's dad,the video is about Filipino World War 2 Veterans who have traveled to USA expecting to get their promised benefits and pay after the war only to be thrown away by the United States Government and in return the Veterans became impoverished and now only depends on donations and to the Home for the Aged that is taking care of them in the US.
