The Shang Ch'ing Taoist Spirit Fighting. SSTT is the only style of martial arts giving the SSTT practitioner the ability to fight in both the Physical and Metaphysical Dimensions simultaneously. Techniques as taught by San Shen Tan Tien Founder-Director, Sifu Minoru Hata.

The pure Spirit Fighting techniques of SSTT are dangerous and will cause short term paralysis to long term damage with little effort. Practices are conducted under very controlled conditions at all times to prevent serious injuries. Please note that the SSTT Metaphysical Energy System can be applied to any martial arts system(s). Both internal and external martial arts can adapt the SSTT Energy System to "SUPERCHARGE" any style or forms.

We respect all styles of martial arts and their instructors and have made the SSTT Metaphysical Internal Technology(MIT) available to the public to be used responsibly.

In real life situations the attackers experience 1) Intense Pain and Burning 2) Disorientation 3) Paralysis 4) Nausea, which can last from several minutes to several weeks (It is imperative that controlled conditions are used at all times to prevent severe or permanent injuries to students).

@ddlopez67 Yes, it will help increase 3 folds. Chi by the Western world is very limited. In the Eastern world, Chi is only the bottom tan tien. We develop your lower, middle and upper tan tiens.

@misfits2012 Yes, it will work against a person who is under possession of demons. This is what this art was primarily designed. We stopped creating videos regarding the physical movements of SSTT because we had to modify SSTT so that it can be seen by video. SSTT in it's true form is nothing like anything you will find regarding martial arts on any media(video, DVD, etc.)
