"After 1000 Plays", that might a waste of time. I have a few HBII Memorex tapes, but the quality sucked because of the foam pad was on instead of the spring pad. It would ruined the tape and the sound will get muffled a lot.

I still have cassettes even though i-pods are in now. Hell,I even listen to my music on vinyl and cd's,too.

Memorex was only a step above Certron. Then, they made crappy cassettes. Now, they make crappy electronics. Maxell or TDK ftw.
