In this tutorial I will show you how to make a sleeveless cardigan vest without sewing! It is surprisingly easy to do & you will laugh at how simple it really is! Scissors
Measuring Tape
Chalk
Non-Fraying Fabric (1-2 yards)
Time: 1 hour max if you are a perfectionist!
Size: I am a size medium

I tried this with some old fabric just to see how it turns out ... and it fits (and looks good, except for the old fabric lol)! Now I just need to get some lace fabric. Thanks, great idea!

@tutugirl1002 or you can use fabric glue if you don't want to hem it!

so the length and width of the fabric is 28" by 20" BEFORE you cut the quarter circle?? :)
