well its "hard" say

you have to understand that: "PW international" is a server the PWclient you are using, if you are playing on "PW international", is a client released by them (they added here and there "PW International" logo, changes like some: colors,Text fonts,textures here and there);

you can use other pw clients as well (most of them have everything pwint has) if you overwrite some key files that allow you to connect to pw int.>> so "no"; the mounts and flights you see here are in pw int they just don't let you buy them "yet"

(if you would know the item ID, the flights for example and you could tell the server to put them in your inventory and mount them, they will show "as" in the movie, for you and for everyone that is going to see you online flying with it)
