This short chapter on P3's or Public Private Partnerships is an extension of the chapter on TILMA (the Trade Investment Labour Mobility Agreement). P3's are an example of corporations taking over public sector infrastructure and undermining democratic control. Because P3's are private projects the public does not have access to the details of how public money has been spent on public projects. Forensic auditor Ron Parks concluded that P3 Projects have higher costs, are biased and cloaked in secrecy.
